Xantone Blancq’s.
His music is a sonic adventure fusing jazz, Funk & Soul with influences from around the world. Xan describe his sound as “free-range sunshine music”.. Think Quincy Jones, Herbie Hancock and Stevie Wonder in the making. Xan music embraces African, Latin and western influences in addition to his individual vocal style.
He is equally popular in the UK having played at London Jazz festival 2006 and venues including the Jazz Cafe. In addition to performances with his band Xan is also a menber of Amy Winehose's Band.
